All products are made based on customer-supplied personalization details. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and acknowledge that all customized products are final sale, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be placed through the official Gulfano Store website.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the available payment methods listed at checkout.

Gulfano Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or violation of these Terms.
3. Product Customization

All personalized jewellery is crafted according to the details provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of all personalization details before order confirmation.

Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations are generally not permitted, except in cases of errors made by Gulfano Store.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Free delivery is provided on the initial order across the UAE.

Delivery times are estimated at 24 to 36 hours after order confirmation.

For approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for a delivery charge of AED 25. Gulfano Store does not cover delivery costs for exchanges.
5. Returns & Exchanges

Customized jewellery is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Exchanges are accepted only for items damaged or incorrect due to Gulfano Store error, subject to review.

Cosmetic wear caused by misuse or damage after delivery due to customer handling is not eligible for return or exchange.
