At Gulfano Store, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and free of charge across the United Arab Emirates. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for every customer.
1. Free Shipping Across UAE
We offer Free Shipping on all orders, no matter the product or location within the United Arab Emirates.
There are no hidden charges or additional delivery fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed by the customer, we begin processing it immediately.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation.

Once dispatched, the delivery time is 1 to 3 working days across the UAE.

For major cities, next-day delivery is often available.
3. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts:

First Attempt: Usually made within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Second Attempt: If the first attempt fails, we retry the next day.

Third Attempt: Final delivery attempt is made within 72 hours.
If all three attempts are unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or refusing the parcel, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
4. Order Confirmation
To ensure successful delivery, our team contacts customers by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm order details before dispatch. Orders are only shipped after confirmation.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted and verified UAE-based logistics partners to ensure your parcel reaches you quickly and safely.
