Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to Gulfano. We carefully confirm every order before dispatch. Please read our policy below — returns are not accepted after delivery. We offer a clear 7-day exchange process for eligible items only.

No Returns — Exchange Only

All orders are final once delivered. We do not accept returns for refunds after a customer receives the parcel. Instead, we provide an exchange option within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility (see below).

Exchange Eligibility

  • Product is damaged on arrival.
  • Product is defective or not functioning as described.
  • Product received is different from what was ordered.
Note: Exchanges will not be accepted for change-of-mind, cosmetic wear caused by misuse, or items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

Time Frame

Submit your Exchange Request within 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be processed.

Exchange Process

  1. Fill the Exchange Request Form below and upload clear images showing the issue.
  2. Provide accurate product details and the reason for exchange.
  3. Our team will review your submission and contact you within 24 hours to confirm eligibility.

Packaging & Condition

Items should be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing essential parts will not be eligible.

Shipping for Exchange

If approved due to our error, Gulfano will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, extra charges may apply.
